Home shopping channels. You've seen them. At one time you've wanted to buy something from them. But even they have bad days

Don't Download this song
Promo for weird Al's newest album. (don't worry, you can actually download it)

The noob/newb difference
at one time we all used to be newbs...

Mario infatuation

The making of paintballs
I might be playing tomorrow. Hopefully my wealth of knowledge will make up for my height. It's tough to find good barriers out there.

More Crazy Japanese pranks
First there's the jet chairs, then the demonstration of 'how to undress in 7 seconds', and finally, the 'silent library' game show. What will these crazy people think of next?!?!

Alright, seriously... wtf?

Game over, by pes.
If you haven't seen Pes' other films, check them out. They're awesome.

Definition of "squeaker"

Overdubs

Lots of good short films today. Enjoy

Porkchop sandwiches!
Mmmm. something smells good.

Osama's prediction

Mufasa As Darth Vader
Excellent spoof.

Star Wars The Musical
Stick with it. You'll have to cringe through the first few minutes, but once the music from phantom of the opera starts playing, it gets really good.

C.L.O.P.S.
The only case where you can get away with saying "I'm holding it for the easter bunny".

WHEE!!!
heheheh....

PS3 or WII?... who would you pick?
Right now I really think that the wii is going to come out on top in this next generation...

Halo Graphic Novel
I really don't see how calling it a comic book is any less professional.

Snakes on a plane sucks (all your snakes are belong to us)
Are there any good movies whose whole complete plot were summed up in their title?

Tama (flash game)
This simple but addicting flash game is loads of fun. It's easy to figure out by yourself, so jump right in. As of yet, I've only gotten to level 17.
I hate level 5... >_<>

Feed 8-15

I've found lots of stuff today folks. Sorry for the past few slow days. I had to format our disk after windows broke, and I've been playing in the Northern California Junior National tournament yesterday and today, alongside work and other things.

GTA style Coke commercial
An amusing "parody" of grand theft auto.

Insane Japanese Television Show
All I can say is: WTF?!?!

Young girl denied passport for wearing the wrong clothes
This is ridiculous...

Flash Game: Nimian Hunter
This game is spectacular. It's short, and simple to beat, but for some reason I really liked its story. You can also read a nice review here

Bullet Bill Game
I wish this game was available when I was younger and playing through Mario Bros on my gameboy. It's a nice way to take out your fristration on Mario.

Incredible Hologram
Check out this cool animation from FFVII Advent Children. This "technology" has some really cool potential uses. Think about walking down a hallway where the wall is one huge animation.

Enjoy

Comics

When I wake up each morning, it's nice to hop on the computer while eating breakfast and go through my few emails that came in overnight. However, every once in a while I sadly won't have any messages. I know, hard to believe eh? Anyways, just to make sure I have something to read in such an instance, I keep my Thunderbird account stocked with some good comic feeds. There are more good comics out there than you would think, and most of your favorites that get delivered by in the paper each morning are also available online. Check them out here.

Here are a few I like to get you started (these are the rss feeds, not links to the sites. Copy them into your rss reader of choice)

Torrents!

Everyone can use more links to torrent sites!

Here are a few of the ones I use.

My favorite has to be Mininova. They usually have the thing I'm looking for. While they don't have everything, I prefer to use them because of their clean interface.

A contrast to Mininova is Isohunt. While they usually index the same torrents, Isohunt has a weird interface that attempts to be far too fancy.

Another great site that I use when I can't find things on mininova is TorrentSpy. They index most of the torrents out there, so chances are, if it's available, it'll be on torrentspy.

And then there's the Pirate Bay. It's not very good, but it's popular, and has some amusing "retort articles"

Enjoy.
