Snow Days

You may have noticed the new holiday themed icon I've added on my sidebar. PopularFront's 'Snow Days' is a surprisingly addictive snowflake creation toy. You can create snowflakes just like you did in times past, but with the added benefit of having an undo option. It's far too easy to lose track of time making flake after flake. Each time you make a flake, you get to see it drift slowly down in the simulated snowfield. You also get to see the creations of thousands of other users at the same time. As in real life, no two flakes are ever the same, and you'll definitely see some amazing artwork. The snowflakes you create can be titled, and you can also leave a nice holiday message that people viewing your snowflake will be able to read. Comments can be left, so that you can let people know how skilled they are (hint hint). On a completely unrelated note, if you'd like to see my various creations, search for:
Name: Austin
Location: Alameda Ca
Leave some comments, and get some ideas, then get out there and make your own!
And don't feel guilty about making too many flakes, because each one you make helps raise money for a salvation army donation.

Have fun!

And now we come to the real reason that living in California sucks: Your SDS* gets so bad that you are compelled to spend hours on a website "making" snowflakes.

I feel for you

What? It snows plenty in California. Our Tahoe resorts are internationally known. I might add that winter Olympics were never held in Arizona, but Squaw Valley, California was the site of the 1960 games

What's snow?

Just kidding. Austin's right. Just it's never snowed where I live.

It snows up in the Oakland hills ever 10 years or so. But most of the good stuff is around 3 hours away eh eyeless?

I'd much rather choose when I want to be exposed to snow, as opposed to being buried in it against my will.

neat Cassie!, what name and location did you make it under? I'd like to check it out.
